The i7-6700k is a beastly chip which can tackle anything you throw at it. I have used this chip for 1/2 a year and I can still say that it is just as fast as when I first bought it. This chip has helped me through many tasks in a fast manor. While I was removing the chip from the motherboard, some thermal past got in the corner of the heat sink and it\'s currently still there. It shouldn\'t cause any performance problems or malfunctions, but I did remove every bit of thermal paste that I could.
