We strive to be one of the best top sellers on and our motto is to treat our customers how we would want to be treated. has made it very difficult for us to keep good standing with their new defect ratings and it has really hurt our reputation. Our response's are perfect but with the new defect rating we are flawed internally. now dings us for every little mistake made. From an item getting damaged in shipping to an item missing a power cable that wasn't included in the sale listing. We try to ship power cables with everything but sometimes we forget (We're only human). We ask all of our customers contacting us through messaging to not click on "item not as described", "need to return an item" and "didn't receive my item". Once these are clicked on it automatically gives us a defect on our seller account. Please just click on "I want to send seller a message".
