Barely used, I ended up migrating to IOS system and located this in moving my desk.Not sure of the memory but I believe it is like 6GB - Shows there is 2.85GB available on 1 part of device and then another 2.88 available on a flash part. It also has spot you can put in memory card I believe.
No scratches etc. on glass. Battery appears to hold charge decent.
I am selling as-is for parts as i dont want to guarantee it works, but I can tell you it is fully reset and asks me for wireless etc. to go through setup process and the main screens work well. No cables, box or book come with this.
