good working touch screen display,
no hard drive or ram, no operating system,
i3-6100U, needs new battery

the unit powers on, but cannot confirm if it boots to bios, I believe the
graphics chip is messed up, nothing comes up on the display
I have checked the display with a working flex and the display works fine ,see pictures
touch screen works fine.
I have tried to hook an external display up to the ports and can get no display out.
Needs a new battery, I do not think the battery is good.
The laptop does not work , for parts or repair, or just use the good touch screen display.
