Methods of Payment
At this time, Fresh Tech Direct accepts payment transactions through PayPal’s secure and trusted services. Items are shipped within (1) business day after receival of full payment. Items purchased and paid for after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone) on Friday, will remain in processing until the following business day. Upon purchase of an item, payment is due within (4) days of purchase, failure to do so will result in a cancellationof item processing and shipment.
We charge sales tax in the following states which we have a physical location in.
6% Michigan, 7% Indiana , 6.25% Illinois, 6% Kentucky , 5% Ohio
Orders will be shipped and updated with tracking information within (1) Business day of receiving payment. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground. Depending on the location of the orders designation, please allow up to 2 - 5 Business days after your item has been marked shipped for delivery.

60-Day Functional Warranty:
Your item is covered from hardware malfunction or failure for 60 days after the date of purchase. We stand by our 60 day guarantee that the product(s) you purchase from Fresh Tech Direct will be free of defects under normal use during the functional warranty period. This warranty does not apply to software issues of any kind such as viruses, malware, or accidental damages to software or hardware.
If you experience functional problems with your hardware during the warranty period please contact us with a description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve the problem. In many cases, a simple solution can be found. Batteries are considered a wearable part & are not covered under warranty except DOA (Dead on Arrival)
