In very good shape, there may be some scuffs and scrapes from normal use. I loaded Linux Mint 17.3 for testing purposes. I also loaded Libre Office. I have tested all 4 USB ports and the DVD drive, all are functional. The battery seems to hold a charge, but the battery is not warrantied. Comes with the Laptop and AC power adapter only.
