Basic keys on keyboards have been tested. Some have issues such as keys sticking, non-working key(s) or possible unknown defects.
2x M3501 Apple Extended Keyboard II (appear to have Cream Alps, White Alps)
4x M0487 Apple Keyboard II (One is missing a couple of keys and the case screws)
1x M0116 Apple Keyboard (appears to have Orange Alps. "M" and "W" keys do not work.)
1x A9M0330 Apple Desktop Bus Keyboard (Right Arrow sticks)
8x Apple Mouse models; A9M0331, M2706, G5431,M0100

- WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
- We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
- Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
- LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax if they are picked up in person or shipped within the state. ** Sales tax varies by county and may be 7%.

- We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
- Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
- Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
- Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
- Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
- Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
- Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3)
business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
- If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
