    Standard delivery times can take anything between 2-7 days within the contiguous 48 states. Anything going outside of this region (purchased through the Global ship program) may take longer. All of our packages require tracking IDs, therefore we would ask all of our customers to ensure their phone number is present on their account or PayPal details if they are making a purchase. The delivery service may need to contact you for a suitable delivery time.

    Small Items

    Items such as CPU's, Hard Drives, Cables, PCI Cards, Memory and any other smaller components take 2-3 business days to dispatch.

    Medium to large items

    Larger items, such as, Tower Servers, Pre-Configured Servers, Switches and Universal Power Supplies take between 2-4 business days to dispatch.

    Additional modifications

    New modifications and additional configurations, such as adding extra Memory, CPU's, Power or Storage to an already configured server. This takes between 2-5 business days to dispatch. Additional Configurations will only be made once the additional payments are received. The lead time starts from the point of payment for the modifications and not from the original purchase.

    Used products include the following warranty types.

    14 Day Warranty

    This warranty covers your purchased item, if its dead on arrival and/or not functioning properly on arrival. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, or scuffs that may be on the equipment. All used listed products are described thoroughly in the condition section, and are bought as is.

    Warranty isvoidif any of the following occurs:

    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Environmental conditions (moisture, heat, over voltage, dust, water, class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;">Non-compliance with the manufacturer’s safety and compliance guide
    • Not following the instructions
    • Impact damage (dropping, incorrectly mounted or safely stored)
    • Modifications, attempts to reconfigure / repair that are not performed by Wisetek are void.

    Once you receive the goods we ask you to inspect them. We also ask you to inform us if the goods are damaged, within 7 days of receipt. Please send any issues or queries to us. If you do not contact us within 7 days we deem that you have accepted the goods.

    Returning an item

    Ensure that your goods are placed in to original packaging that you received. Remove all labels and writing from the box.

    If you are outside 14 days we will not accept an item back for return. If you intend to send a return, inform us before you send it back, so that we may provide an RMA number.

    Items which include consumables such as printers (toner) and projectors (bulbs) may not qualify for a full 100% refund.


    Once the item arrives back at our facility we will issue you a replacementor refund, depending on your decision. Generally for replacements, these are sent out to you on confirmation of the collection of your returned item. There will be a 20% restocking fee class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;">
