These were working pulls from a large company that recently upgraded their system. These are used and all have varying amount of scuffs, smudges, or smears from being used. They do power on and have been reset to go straight into their setup as soon as they boot up. These come with a corded handset and the base for the phones to sit on, and also the USB cable.
They do NOT come with a POE adapter. These were tested with an external power supply. Other then booting them up and resetting them, I cannot test these any further. Due to this, these are being sold AS-IS, NO REFUNDS. You are responsible on making sure these are compatable with your system before buying them.
