This laptop is basically brand new, but I did open it. I opened the box, got setup, then it sat on my desk for a week and I realized I really don\'t need the thing. I never registered it with the manufacturer, therefore you can do that and get the warranty. I bought it off Newegg about a month ago, haven\'t even gamed on it, but from the specs I know it does game very well.This laptop is a great deal, which is what lead me to buy it kind of impulsively. It is a gaming a laptop, and I just really don\'t need that right now. You can\'t get this hardware in a laptop at a lower MSRP than the $800 I paid for this. Unfortunately I realized this laptop just isn\'t for me, and I just want to minimize my losses here.
