It has been reset to factory defaults. It comes in its original packaging with all documentation, brand new unopened wall mounting kit and rubber feet. I am only selling it because I purchased a new router with enough ports I no longer needd this extra switch. There are some scratches on the bottom from wall mounting as shown in the pictures.
