The switch is used and in good condition: all TX/RX ports connect when plugged in, I have tested this myself. The picture with all the port lights on is during initial power up.This JGS524 24 port switch is a nice way to expand your network patch bay on the cheap. This unit does not come with the standard IEC 60320 C13/14 power cord seen in the photo.
