In excellent condition and fully tested. Rare DDR2 capable of running up to 1150 MHz (PC2-9200) at 5-6-6-18 timings (requires 2.2V) which is much higher than most RAM! Note your motherboard BIOS must support / manually be adjusted for this speed and voltage. It will also run fine at default motherboard speeds such as 800 MHz (PC2-6400), 667 MHz (PC2-5300), 400 MHz, etc. at default lower voltages (typically 1.8-1.9V).
