In order to process a return, you must contact Motion Media to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without contacting us. Packages that do not have an RMA number will not be processed.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Return Conditions- Items must be in the condition received, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
