I have a used Promise Pegasus R4 Raid array that I can't seem to be able to see anymore on my computer. I tried several things and to no avail. Now the system goes on and you can actually see it read the drives but I was told by tech support that the chassis is not working. Honestly I don't believe it , I think you might be able to flash the firmware somehow and get it working properly but I can't guarantee that. Now it comes with the 4 racks for the hard drove and the chassis. So Im listing it as for parts but some enterprising person may have better luck. I ran out of patience on it. So this maybe great for parts or to rebuild it.This is a ThunderBolt 2 unit. It has 2 inputs. Hard Drives not included
