RADIO-ELECTRONICS Magazine July 1976 Bill Gates Paul Allen MITS Altair Convn.:
$24.99

Welcome to my listing for the July 1976 issue of Radio-Electronicsmagazine. This issue is generally a reflection of a certain moment in time, when the early, electronics-hobbyist, home-brew era of personal computing was just about to explode into an industry that would eventually impact almost everyone in the world. Topics on the cover include build-it-yourself plans for \"TV Games\", an 8080 microprocessor, and a brainwave monitor. Oh, and an ongoing column called \"Komputer Korner.\" But inside is something especially historic -- a two-page article, illustrated with photographs, of the first \"MITS World Altair Computer Convention,\" held in March 1976 in Albuquerque. There are 9 black-and-white photos of attendees and speakers at the event including one of a very very young Bill Gates, \"one of the writers of Altair Basic,\" and another of Paul Allen, \"director of software at MITS.\" You might recognize some of the others in the photos ... or maybe even yourself! This issue is in very good condition, with clean uncreased covers (with no mailing labels) and just a touch of edgewear. The pages inside are clean, unmarked, and undamaged. If you have any further questions about this issue, please contact me and I\'ll do my best to answer them. PayPal only, please! Thank you for visiting my listing.
