Samsung PCB - Sticker: W3 Rev. 3 Board #: BF41-00354A PCB With Firmware Transfer:
$50

This is a replacement PCB board (circuit board) for your damaged hard drive

Item Information

Model number: Any
Board #: BF41-00354A
Sticker #: W3 Rev. 3
Capacity: Any

The Process

  1. Locate the number on the chip side of your PCB board (see picture), it must say BF41-00354A.
  2. Check the number on the white sticker on your circuit board, it should say W3 Rev. 3.
  3. If this is a match, then we can make a clone of your board. We will need you to mail the dead board to us.

To make the clone, we will need you to fill a form, then ship your DAMAGED circuit board to us. We will copy the firmware from your PCB onto our PCB, then ship the working cloned PCB back to you. (Click here to find out more.)

This process is necessary to ensure compatibility, most newer HDD PCBs have UNIQUE calibration data in the firmware, and is therefore impossible to match without a firmware transfer.

When to buy this item: If there was a power surge, or some components are obviously burnt, or the wrong power adapter was used to power up the drive, the chances of success with replacing the PCB are quite good. If you would like to describe the specific symptoms to us, please contact us through our online form or on , we will try our best to reply within 12 hours.

Item Includes: circuit board, firmware transfer, installation instructions

Additional Information

What this board is supposed to do for you:
If your hard drive has stopped working, chances are you have some important data stored on it. Sometimes the hard drive failure is caused by a circuit board failure. This product is made to be an identical and functional replacement for your circuit board, therefore repairing your hard drive and saving you expensive data recovery charges. Please note that hard drive failures are NOT always caused by circuit board failure, this board is not guaranteed to fix your hard drive.

Please Note:

  1. This is just the board, not the whole hard drive.
  2. All boards have been fully tested before shipment, there is no refund policy, but we do offer exchanges.
  3. Items that require a firmware transfer will not be shipped out until we receive your old board, and complete the transfer.
  4. To ensure compatibility, please follow the steps listed above carefully.
