This hard drive is in good used condition. It was removed from working equipment. I have initialized and formatted the drive and copied a testfile onto the drive. That is the extent of my testing, and it is otherwiseuntested. It is sold with NO warranty offered. If, however, you find it has aproblem you cannot live with you may return it within 30 days of receipt of theunit.

Return would be for a refund of the purchase price, notincluding any shipping costs.
