  • Returns are FREE under warranty and return labels will be sent to you via email once a request is made

  • Print the returns label at a4 size and affix it to the parcel. You should then take your parcel to the local collection point specified

  • Returns will be processed within 48 hours once received at our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
