For your consideration, I have an Vintage Osborne 01 portable compute SN: A 03237. Item powers up and is looking for a program disk. This is as far as can go w/o and disks. It has both A and B drives, but I have no way to test them.Item appears to have had an externalfan added to the back part of the computer. I can\'t be sure if this was an intentional modification or not.Don\'t know why, just pointing it out. The computer powers up, and the fan plugs into the back of the power cord area. Runs fine no sounds, the drive light comes on when you hit enter and then it goes into a \"disk error.\"I donot have anysoftware for this machine what you see is what you get. The screen contrast and brightness knobs work fine along with the resetbutton.Item shows signs of wear and tear, scuff marks, scratches and some faint stains. Latches are in good shape, the keyboard uses a ribbon cable to connect to the computer with a strain relief cover that will pull out of the key board, I assume this was the original style since later ones had a coiled cord.The key board has some odd wear marks (white speckles), and an old cheat sheet still tapped down. Item is from a nonsmoking pet free environment. Please ask questions and ensure it meets yourexpectations prior to offerding, buy or doing a best offer.
