There is some discoloration and the apple insiginia is scratched up but otherwise it is in good cosmetic condition. the unit is being sold as is with no returns. It powers up, beeps, and the green indicator light comes on but I am unable to test functionallity beyond that. So, the computer is being sold as is with no returns.
