In 1990, Commodore made a press presentation in New York City to officially launch the Amiga 3000, finally recognizing the machine as a \"Multimedia\" PowerHouse. The 3000, arguably the best-looking Amiga ever, was packed with power and innovation and sported an entirely new look to the Graphical User Interface.I attended that presentation and still have the press kit that was provided. And here it is with all original material included, B/W glossy photos of the interface, color 35mm slides of the machine and its graphics, plenty of typewritten words for magazines and newspapers to parrot, and their sales sheet for the 3000.
This is probably a very rare collectable for the Amiga / Commodore enthusiast. I hold Commodore as one of the great innovators in personal computer history and it\'s a shame that they are ignored by many books out there that just focus on Microsoft and Apple.
