Unfortunately, I do not have a computer with a 5pin connection to fully test this. Using an adapter on a new desktop, the keyboard lights up, but unable to test all keys because computer wouldn\'t recognize it. I\'m sure someone with more savy would get it working easily. Could use a good cleaning, but I\'ll leave that for the buyer to decide Sold one about 3 months ago with same condition notes and buyer said it worked great (see response if needed)I will offer a 100% full refund if keyboard does not function to your expectations. No partial refunds.This keyboard model supposedly does make beep sounds when keys are pressed lightly
