Purchased to use as a spare for my current card (same model but LSI branded). I was able to remove my LSI card, install this one in its place, hook up the same SAS to SATA cables I already had running to my 7 HDDs and it booted right up. Using this in a Proxmox server and didn't have to change anything. Haven't tested the cables, but they look fine, will also be keeping those as spares. Price is fantastic! Card is unbranded but I knew that from the photos. Seems to be legit as far as I can tell!

Purchased a P20 IT Mode 9207-8i. I did not read the listing properly so assumed it was an LSI card (It is not). After some research about Inspur (the brand of card) I decided to give it a try. Put it in my Unraid server and sure enough it was running LSI chipset, in FW P20 and was in IT mode, and was PCIE3.0. Card is exactly what it claims to be! I have been running it for about 2 weeks with all 8 lanes under fairly heavy load and have had 0 issues. Note - I did mount a fan to help with heat.

Arrived a couple days early with breakout cables and low profile bracket. It works as expected on Proxmox when running PCIe passthrough. Would recommend putting a 40mm fan on heatsink, if running unconventional setup ie desktop tower as it runs super hot when not in server rack configuration with proper airflow. Would buy again from seller.

The only reason I reached out to Intel was because I can't seem to get the card's throughput close to 10Gbps using Iperf3 to test.
