Cisco makes wonderful switches and the 2960 is an excellent example. It is overkill for your typical home use but if you have a more sophisticated home network or have a business this is a great choice. You can read up on all the features on any number of sites so I won't go into them. New, this switch cost a pretty penny, so buying used you are saving a ton.
