This is a brand new laptop. I purchased a new one about a month ago and the screen froze up and so I sent it in to ASUS to get it fixed. They ended up sending me a brand new one, but during that time, I ended up buying a ThinkPad. So this laptop has NEVER been used or even turned on. It\'s direct from the manufacturer and the warranty is good until August of 2018.
