ULTRA RARE Commodore CBM 720 Computer with Proxa 7000 Prototype board:
$1000.00

Offered here is a Beautiful and very RARE Commodore CBM 720 SK computer. This is the final and MOST powerful 8 bit computer Commodore issued in the mid 1980s. Boasting a 6509 processor and 256K memory! It is also one of the RAREST production computers they made. This one also includes a RARE Prototype Proxa 7000 board Without the Proxa board installed, the computer does boot up to display the normal 256K boot screen. However if you type something and hit enter, it locks up. I suspect a bad ram chi or Basic Rom chip. Should be an easy fix for a Commodore Techy. The Proxa board included is incomplete. It is missing a few chips. this board was designed to allow the computer to run 8000 (8032, 8296, 8096) series software but was abandoned when software was developed to do the same thing. When installed the computer does not boot. Included is a picture with this board installed and NOT installed. It will need to be completed. Keyboard works great! Very nice example of this exquisite machine. Very tough piece to find. This machine Includes an English keyboard with the English ROMs. These were very nice machines that included a swivel monitor and a separate keyboard. Here is a chance to get a RARE Commodore seldom offered on . Sold \"as is\" PARTS OR REPAIR due to age of electronics and no returns. After all it is nearly 40 years old. Buyer pays shipping. Thanks for looking.. I ship worldwide but shipping overseas will be very expensive. Maybe 2-300. Shipping is estimated. Please check out my other listings.
